While SPF isn't rocket science, it is geometry. Most people apply only 25-50% of the required amount of sunscreen, leaving them with a fraction of the advertised SPF. The most important thing to us (and for you) is to get outside and protect yourself while your doing it.

How often should I reapply?
In an ideal world, the doctor’s answer is every two hours, and we wholeheartedly agree. In real life though, from the fairway to the beach, the gym to the backyard, burnd SPF 41 is built to stay put through it all. Just follow the directions and let burnd do the heavy lifting.
