Video Testimonial Program Terms

• You must be 18 or older and live in the United States.
• The Program is by invitation. It's for customers who have bought from Burnd and left a review.
• One reward per person. Several submissions from the same person or email address only earn one reward.

• A video of you talking about your experience with Burnd products, plus your name, email address and any message you add.
• Your video must be your own honest opinion. Please don't include other people unless they have agreed to appear, and don't include copyrighted music, other brands' logos, or anything offensive or unlawful.
• Don't make medical claims, such as saying a product treats or cures a condition.

• If you're eligible, we email you $100 in Burnd store credit [as a gift card / as a discount code] shortly after you upload your video. Eligible means you were invited and left a 5-star review as a verified buyer.
• If we can't confirm you're eligible straight away, we check your submission by hand first. That can take a few business days.
• The store credit has no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash, and can only be used on getburnd.com. [Expiry: it doesn't expire / it expires on (date).] [If a discount code: it's single use, and any unused balance on an order is lost.]
• We may cancel or withhold a reward, including one already sent, if a submission doesn't meet these terms. Examples: a blank or unrelated video, a video of someone else, or more than one submission from the same person.
• Burnd doesn't have to use any video it receives.

• By submitting, you give Burnd a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, copy, edit, crop, caption and publish your video, your first name, and any message you include. This covers Burnd's website, social media, email, paid ads and other marketing, in any media.
• Burnd doesn't have to use your video.
• You keep ownership of your video. You confirm that you have the right to give this licence.

• You received store credit in exchange for your video. When Burnd uses an approved video in advertising or marketing, we'll make clear that the customer was compensated, as US endorsement rules require.
• If you share your video or talk about Burnd on your own channels, you agree to disclose that you received store credit, for example with #ad or "Burnd gave me store credit for my review".

• You can ask us to stop using your video at any time by emailing [support email]. We'll stop using it in new content and remove it from places we control, such as our website, within a reasonable time.
• We can't recall content that has already been shared or downloaded by others.

Burnd may change these terms, or pause or end the Program, at any time. Changes don't affect rewards for videos that were already approved.
