Things that make the sunscreen work better:

Apply liberally at least 15 min before sun exposure. If you apply any sunscreen after you’ve already been in the sun for a bit, the sunscreen is not as effective.

We recommend that you reapply every 80 minutes if swimming or sweating because that's the right thing to do. However we know thats not real life. Thats why we specifically engineered this stuff to really stay put.
